Thank you for your support as a sponsor at the upcoming Cargo Facts Asia Virtual Experience.  

This page contains all the information necessary to get you and your team ready and setup for the event. 


Your company logo will be featured on the official event website under the “Sponsor” tab, and inside of the virtual event platform. To be listed as a sponsor we need to receive payment for the sponsorship or have a credit card on file. As soon as we receive payment and your company materials are uploaded we will be notified and will get your on the website as soon as possible.

As a Sponsor at Cargo Facts Asia Virtual Experience, you have a virtual booth within the virtual event platform.  Your virtual booth will be your teams hub within the platform, your booth will host all your company representatives, marketing materials and content, giveaways or promotions for attendees, and a Live Chat function. Your team will receive an outline of the materials needed to be submitted to our Events Team to build out your booth. The cut off to submit your materials is Tuesday, April 6th.


Please register your complimentary participants online here. Enter the promo code given to you from the Cargo Facts events team, select the corresponding registration type — “Sponsor”. To register additional participants, reference the same link and select the ticket type “Sponsor” at the discounted rate of $725. 

We will be opening the Brella platform early to Sponsors to ensure that all your representatives are assigned to your virtual booth prior tp the event. Early access will also give you the opportunity to make sure your virtual booth is presented just how you would like it; if any links or images require adjusting, please contact the Cargo Facts events team at [email protected]
